Galleria Office Towers

The Three Galleria Office Towers are part of a huge retail complex which includes 223 thousand sqm of retail space, two luxury hotels, and 12,685 parking spaces. Together, the three office towers have a gross leasable area of 99,190 square meters.

The Galleria is the most active commercial retail center in Houston, and is the centerpiece of the second largest office submarket in the city. The immediate area of the Galleria has the largest concentration of high-end retail stores and hotels in Houston. The Galleria has been the centerpiece of this leading area of Houston for over 30 years. The Galleria Office Towers have recently completed common area renovations. The Towers maintain a strong tenant base and include a top–level management and operations staff.
