The Company’s Board of Directors is comprised of members who possess a broad range of knowledge, expertise, and experience.
The Board of Directors defines the Company’s overall policy and supervises its day-to-day management. The Board has also established various committees, which operate in accordance with the law and Group values and assist the Board in ensuring that Company business is responsibly and professionally managed.
To maintain the Board’s impartiality, its members include two external directors and two independent directors.
