The Spiral Tower, which is currently under construction, is located east of Menachem Begin Road in the northern business center of Tel Aviv.
In 2018, a plan was approved for the Group to build a mixed-use tower of up to 91 floors (approx. 350 m), with a 7-level parking lot to include around 1,000 parking spaces. The plan allows for construction of 148,000 sqm of retail, hotels and residences.
A 13,000 sqm mall is planned at the base of the tower, which will be an extension of the current Azrieli Tel Aviv mall. The expansion of the Azrieli Center will address the growing demand for commercial and office space in the Azrieli Center, which has been fully- occupied for many years.
The Shaul Hamelech light rail station will connect to the underground level of the Spiral Tower mall and enable direct access to the expanded Azrieli Center.
