Yossi Shachak has been a member of the Group’s Board of Directors since August 2019.
Yossi is a graduate in accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a certified public accountant. He is also a consultant to companies and boards of directors, an arbitrator and business mediator, a member of the public council of the Institute of Accounting Standards in Israel, a member of the Finance Committee of the Association for the War on Cancer, and a board member of public and private companies.
Yossi is also the past president of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
