Nirit has been the Azrieli Group’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2019, and is also the Group’s Head of Internal Enforcement.
Nirit previously served as the Group’s Deputy General Counsel from 2014 to 2019. Prior to joining the Azrieli Group, Nirit was an attorney at Yigal Arnon & Co. specializing in capital markets and securities.
Nirit holds an LL.B (cum laude) and a BA in Business Administration with a major in Information Technology (IT) from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (now Reichman University).
