Michal has served as the Azrieli Group’s VP Human Resources since March 2023.
From 2018 until her current appointment, she served as the Group’s Human Resources Manager.
Michal has accumulated many years of diverse experience in human resources, including in assessment and screening, group facilitation, training management, executive development, organizational development, and human resources management.
Her previous positions include senior psychologist at an assessment and screening center, Director of HR and Organizational Development at the Negev Group, and Director of Training at the Cellcom Group.
Michal holds an MA (cum laude) in Organizational Psychology from Bar Ilan University and a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
